These cases are based on jerry cans, and no not shiny plastic but actual steel! Could be tricky through the scanners, but at least you’ll look the business.

You can buy them here.
Bit slow off the mark on this one, but still thought it was worth a post anyways. Timourous Beasties is a textile design company from Glasgow. They are noted for “surreal and provocative textiles and wallpapers”. On this project they’ve hooked up with Nike ACG to make a shell jacket featuring an intricate naturalist birds and flowers. In stark contrast to the urban/military imagery we normally see on this type of thing. It’s available in both black and purple to buy at Hanon.

Check out the timourous beasties site. They have done some really interesting work.

Here is an idea that is definitely long overdue! A can of paint that can spray any colour. Aside from the supposed ‘green’ connotations, definitely a good thing for graffiti artists in need of a quick get away! Keep an eye our for them dropping in 2010 (a big window I know).

absolutely flawless bit of design from www.metrofarm.net.
Who would have thought, that 1210s flush with a steel table would look so good. I also really like the design of the armchair bed. Simple but excellent! Check the photos below:
